Senior Process Chemist: Lab-to-Plant Scale-Up Leader

Voyager Technologies seeks a Senior Process Development Chemist to design bench-scale experiments, build fundamental process understanding, and guide scale-up from lab to pilot and production. You will work with kinetics, crystallization, impurities, and hazard assessment, reporting to the Chief Engineer on-site in Penrose/Pueblo, CO. You will collaborate with chemical engineers to translate data into production equipment while shaping development standards for energetic materials and oxidizers.
