Setting: Small community critical access hospital; Level IV trauma certified and Acute Stroke Ready Hospital.

Weekends: Every third weekend.

On-call: None. Local candidates: Not accepted; 100-mile radius restriction. Pending license: Accepted. RTO:Ideally no more than 5 days. For this particular contract, it also includes hands-on clinical backup, primarily in theER, plus Med-Surg/Special Care.
