Diesel Technician

Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, transmissions, driveline components, electrical systems, emissions systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections, D.O.T. inspections Use Ford diagnostic equipment and factory service information Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Properly document diagnostic findings and completed repairs Communicate repair needs clearly with the service team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications: Ford diesel and Power Stroke experience strongly preferred Strong electrical and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record CDL is a plus but not required ASE certifications are a plus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Uniforms provided Modern shop equipment and factory diagnostic tools Paid training and certification opportunities Stable workload with a growing commercial and fleet customer base Why Dick Smith Ford?
