Location: 3 days in Office (Times Square Area)
Overview:
Our Law Firm Client is seeking a highly motivated Banking and Finance Attorney with 2+ years of banking and finance experience. The successful candidate will join the Banking and Finance team, representing banks and commercial lenders in a wid range of secured lending transactions. This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative group that handles complex financial deals across industries, including asset-based lending, acquisition finance, and trade finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent agent banks and commercial lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial lending transactions.
Draft and review credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transactional materials.
Support deal execution and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar.2–4 years+ of experience in banking and finance law
- Strong understanding of secured lending.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
