Pay & Shifts 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $18.00/hr 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM | $19.00/hr Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, adjust, and operate production machinery to specifications Run batches/materials and monitor machine performance during production Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and basic preventative maintenance Troubleshoot minor equipment/process issues and report problems as needed Maintain accurate production and machine documentation Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Requirements Manufacturing/machine operating experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, reliable attendance Reliable transportation to and from the Hanover Park, IL worksite Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environmentBenefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits available Opportunity to grow skills and advance in manufacturing Apply today to get started. Pay Details:
