Echo Lounge Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Pool Attendant to join our team in sunny Miami, FL! Responsibilities:- Monitor pool area to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests at all times
- Set up and maintain poolside furniture, loungers, and umbrellas throughout the day
- Greet guests, assist with towel service, and fulfill poolside requests promptly
- Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas
- Assist with poolside food and beverage service as needed
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to management
Requirements:- Previous experience in hospitality, pool service, or a guest-facing role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in Miami's heatCPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
