Provide strategic and operational leadership for cardiovascular nursing services Oversee staffing, scheduling, and development of cardiovascular nursing teams Manage budgets, resource utilization, and service line growth initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical outcome initiatives Collaborate with physicians and leaders on program development and care pathways Implement and update policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous learning Monitor and report key performance and quality metrics Engage in community and patient education related to cardiovascular health Cardiovascular clinical expertise Nursing leadership Budgeting and financial management Staff scheduling and workforce planning Quality improvement and outcomes management Regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CMS) Policy and procedure development Patient safety and risk management EMR/EHR proficiency Interdisciplinary team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Georgia RN license BLS certification ACLS certification Leadership or management training in healthcare Preferred: MSN or related advanced degree Preferred: Certification in cardiovascular nursing (e.g., PCCN, CCRN)
