Wind Creek Hospitality in Miami seeks a Casino Concierge to deliver world-class guest service and actively promote the Wind Creek Rewards program, driving guest loyalty and memorable experiences.
You will greet guests, enroll new guests in promotions, explain player’s club benefits, and assist VIP events in collaboration with the Casino Marketing team. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; 21+; and you must be able to work all shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
