Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP) – Fertility & Pelvic Health
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year + Bonus Potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts | No Weekends or On-Call

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive women's health and gynecological patient care.
Evaluate and manage patients experiencing chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Perform pelvic examinations and IUD placements.
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
Perform office-based procedures following specialized training.
Collaborate with gynecologists, endometriosis specialists, and interdisciplinary providers.
Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications:
Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).Active New Jersey APRN license with prescriptive authority.
Active DEA registration.
Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
Hands-on general women's health experience.
Experience performing pelvic examinations and IUD placements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of women's health or gynecology experience.
- Fertility or reproductive medicine experience.
- Background in endometriosis or chronic pelvic pain management.
- Aesthetic medicine experience.
- Experience with injections, aesthetic injectables, or other office-based procedures.
