Admissions Director & Patient Access Leader

Acadia Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead the onsite Admissions Department at our Columbia, Missouri facility. You will drive the admissions process, implement strategic plans, and ensure efficient intake and crisis evaluation workflows to support patient care and revenue goals. As the department head, you will recruit and develop staff, maintain compliance with regulations, and collaborate with clinical and referral partners to optimize admissions and treatment
