Company Description:
GiveToGet™ (GTG) is building a new way to hire: Relationships Over Resumes™.GiveToGet is an AI-powered hiring and referral platform that helps employers and staffing firms activate trusted relationships to reach talent traditional recruiting often misses. Rather than generating more applicant volume, GTG is designed to turn existing networks, communities, and talent databases into trusted sources of referrals. Our model aligns incentives around successful connections, rewarding the people who help create them while using AI to make the process faster, smarter, and more scalable. GiveToGet is a member of NVIDIA Inception, has a working platform under active development and deployment, and is now engaging staffing-industry leaders around pilots and strategic partnerships. We believe AI can find people. Trust moves people.
Role Description:- GiveToGet is seeking an Angel Investor Network & Strategic Advisor to work directly with the Founder & CEO as we build the investor relationships needed for our next stage of growth.
- This is a remote contract advisory role, not a traditional investor-relations position.
- We are looking for someone who already has meaningful relationships within the angel, founder, family-office, and early-stage investment communities and understands how to turn those relationships into thoughtful, high-quality introductions.
- The right person will help us identify investors who are genuinely aligned with GiveToGet, sharpen our investor strategy and narrative, prepare for important conversations, and make warm introductions where there is strong mutual fit.
- This is about relationships, judgment, and credibility—not sending mass investor outreach.
- What You’ll Help Us DoIdentify and prioritize high-fit angel and early-stage investors
- Make thoughtful warm introductions from your existing relationships
- Advise the Founder & CEO on fundraising strategy and investor positioning
- Strengthen pitch materials, messaging, and investor communications
- Prepare for investor meetings and help evaluate feedback and objections
- Help develop long-term relationships with investors who can contribute experience, connections, and capital
- Provide strategic perspective as GiveToGet moves from product development into pilots, revenue, and scale
- Who We’re Looking ForAn established network of active angel investors, founders, family offices, venture professionals, or other early-stage capital relationships
- Demonstrated experience as an investor, founder, senior executive, startup advisor, venture professional, or ecosystem leader
- A track record of building trusted relationships and making meaningful introductions
- Strong understanding of early-stage fundraising and how investors evaluate emerging companies
- Excellent strategic judgment, communication, and founder-advisory skills
- Interest in AI, HR technology, staffing, recruiting, future of work, marketplaces, or relationship-driven business models
- A genuine belief that relationships and trust remain enormously valuable in an increasingly AI-driven world
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can answer “yes” to this question:
- Do you already know investors you would be comfortable introducing to an exceptional early-stage company when you believe the fit is right?
- Why GiveToGetThis is an opportunity to get involved at an important inflection point—not simply advise from the sidelines.
- We are building at the intersection of AI, human relationships, staffing, recruiting, and the future of work, with a model designed to make trusted connections economically valuable for everyone involved.
- For the right person, this can become a meaningful long-term relationship with GiveToGet as the company grows.
