Vice President of Operations

Role Description: The Vice President of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations and driving operational excellence across the organization. This role includes designing and implementing operating frameworks, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support growth and service quality. The Vice President of Operations will manage budgets and P&L performance, set operational KPIs, and regularly review results to ensure efficiency and financial health. They will collaborate closely with leadership teams on strategic planning, oversee key projects from initiation to delivery, and continuously improve customer service operations and service-level standards. The role also involves building and mentoring operations teams, establishing governance mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance management. Candidates should possess P&L Management and financial acumen skills, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue performance monitoring. Candidates should possess Customer Service and service delivery skills, focused on customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and escalation management. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills, including goal setting, roadmap development, and alignment of operations with business objectives. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, execution oversight, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Extensive leadership experience in operations or related domains, ideally within technology, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data to guide strategies and actions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional groups. Relevant bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in business, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
