Deal Execution & Management

Key Responsibilities: Help oversee investment activity and capital deployment across a diversified portfolio of asset-backed strategies. Manage key aspects of the investment process, ensuring transactions progress efficiently from approval through closing and funding. Coordinate trade processing, settlement, and investment-related workflows across internal teams and external counterparties. Monitor portfolio activity, investment exposures, and capital utilization to support broader portfolio objectives. Work alongside investment professionals on financing arrangements, hedging activity, and ongoing portfolio initiatives. Collaborate with client-facing teams to support existing relationships and identify opportunities for additional capital deployment. Serve as a central point of coordination between investment, portfolio management, operations, and client coverage teams.

Candidate Profile: 5–10+ years of experience within asset-based finance, structured credit, securitized products, private credit, or fixed income. Background in portfolio management, investment execution, trade management, or investment platform support. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Bloomberg, Intex, Aladdin, or comparable platforms is beneficial.
