PackerLocation: Bartlett, IL Pay: 21-22 DOE Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipmentFollow company packaging standards and safety proceduresAssemble boxes or containers as neededSeal containers using appropriate materialsRecord and report damaged or defective itemsMaintain clean and organized work areasMeet daily production and packing quotasOperate basic warehouse equipmentMinimum Required Skills and Education: High school diploma or GEDPrevious packing experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to effectively read, write and communicate in EnglishAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamBasic math and counting skillsStrong attention to detailPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per shiftPerform repetitive movements such as bending, reaching, stoopingAbility to lift and carry up to 35-40 lbs regularly throughout the shiftMust wear any required PPE
