Senior Subscriptions Growth Lead

Pocket is a Y Combinator company building a premium hardware plus software product in the AI voice recorder space. You will own Pocket's subscription business across hardware and apps, with one goal: grow subscription revenue by improving conversion, monetization and retention. You will lead the P&L end to end from paywall to renewal. You'll set the monetization strategy, define measurements, run experiments, and work with engineering and design to ship improvements.
