Ironclad is seeking a Lead Counsel, Employment and Litigation to serve as the primary employment law advisor and a versatile contributor to the Legal team's broader compliance, litigation, and risk management work as the company scales. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco with in-office attendance required at least twice a week, and it reports to the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate & Employment.
