Job Description:
This position is responsible to ensure best practice in assembly/sort, meeting efficiency targets with set up/production rates, and adhering to quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Monitor production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
- Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work area and machinery.
- Follow technical instructions.
- Finish product such as weighing parts, applying label and palletizing.
- Can troubleshoot equipment
- Enters all work performed into database and documents all scrap.
- Ability to multitask within functional area
- Ability to learn to use select gauges
- Continuous Improvement on Utilization/OEE/production Efficiency results
- Maintain/Implement 6S standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices such as; utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards. Comply with all ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO-45001 procedures and work instructions.
