Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer for regional and long-haul freight Transport dry van, flatbed, specialized, and dedicated loads Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies and procedures Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain logs Communicate with dispatch for load details and scheduling Secure freight and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Use on-board technology and routing systems Maintain clean, professional equipment and appearance Report equipment or safety issues promptly Provide courteous service to customers and represent Koch Trucking CDL-A tractor-trailer operation FMCSA/DOT regulation knowledge Electronic logging device (ELD) use Trip planning and time management Freight securement (van/flatbed) Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Defensive driving and safety practices Load documentation and recordkeeping Communication with dispatch and customers Use of GPS and routing technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL-A license Clean driving record meeting DOT and company standards Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening Familiarity with ELD and electronic logs Experience with regional or long-haul tractor-trailer operations
