At Dilley Veterinary Clinic, we believe experienced veterinary technicians are essential to providing excellent patient care. We are a mixed-animal practice serving both companion and large-animal patients, and we are looking for a confident, dependable, and compassionate veterinary technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while also being a strong part of the veterinary team. We are looking for a technician who can anticipate the needs of the veterinarian and patient, communicate professionally with clients, assist with procedures and treatments, maintain accurate medical records, and help keep patient care and daily workflow moving efficiently. Because we are a mixed practice, our days can be busy, varied, and occasionally unpredictable. We value team members who are adaptable, willing to help where needed, and able to bring both experience and a positive attitude to the workplace. Our work also extends beyond the clinic walls. Dilley Veterinary Clinic is committed to serving our surrounding rural communities through outreach efforts, including low-cost vaccination clinics. This gives our team the opportunity to provide veterinary care to animals and families who may otherwise have limited access to these services. We understand that experienced veterinary technicians bring years of knowledge, hands‑on skills, and real‑world problem‑solving to a practice. We are looking for someone who wants to use those abilities in an environment where their contribution matters and where quality patient care remains at the center of what we do. If you are an experienced veterinary technician who takes pride in your work, enjoys the variety of mixed-animal medicine, and is looking for a practice where you can become a valued part of the team, we would love the opportunity to meet you.
