Tire and Lube Technician

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment tominimize downtime; responsible for set up, adjustment, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSSupport Equipment (Ovens, Packing lines, Conveyors. Plumbing, Pneumatic Hydraulics, Cutting. Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills. Excellent trouble-shooting skills Service-oriented(responsive) Power Industrial Training Certification a plus Electrical, PLC Diagnostics a plus. Welding MIG, TIG, Stick a plus. Self-Starter- able to start and complete projects independently. Effective communicator Process-oriented, methodical High School Diploma.2-5 years' experience in industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing environment preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus Ability to perform the following: standing for extended periods of time; walking, lifting, climbing, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and stooping Ability to lift 60 pounds frequently Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible work hours
