Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.13 ORs + 2 endo suites Level II TraumaOrtho, Neurosurgery, CV, general, urology, GYN, GYN Onc, ENT, podiatry, pediatrics, vascular3 XI robots30-35 cases/day Director reports to the Hospital COO3 managers under Director120 FTEsQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required Master's Degree Preferred 2+ years of Recent Acute Care leadership of Surgical Services Required
