Pay:
Starting at $17.00/hour+Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm | 1 day a week 10am-7pmLocation: Onsite – Johnson City, TN

Start Your Career in Loan Servicing & Collections Join a growing team where you'll help customers resolve account balances and payment issues while building valuable experience in loan servicing and collections.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer loan accounts
- Contact customers by phone, email, text, and mail
- Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate
- Follow up on past-due accounts
- Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of loan servicing, collections, auditing, or related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines65-70 WPM typing speed preferred
