Memory Care Program Manager

As Memory Support Program Manager at HumanGood community, you will lead and coordinate person-centered memory care services for residents with dementia and cognitive impairment. You’ll oversee daily operations of the memory support neighborhood, ensuring high-quality care, engagement programs, and regulatory compliance. You’ll supervise and coach care staff, partner with families and clinical teams, and develop therapeutic activities that promote safety, dignity, and quality of life. This role blends clinical insight, leadership, and compassion in a mission-driven senior living environment. Lead daily operations of the memory support neighborhood Develop and oversee person-centered memory care programs and activities Supervise, schedule, and coach care staff serving memory care residents Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists on care plans Communicate regularly with residents’ families and provide education/support Monitor resident safety, behavior changes, and incidents; coordinate follow-up Maintain accurate documentation and reports in electronic systems Support staff training in dementia care best practices and person-centered care Partner with leadership to improve quality, satisfaction, and outcomes Memory care programming Staff supervision Care planning Dementia care best practices Regulatory compliance (senior living/long-term care) Family and resident communication Training and coaching staff Incident and risk management Scheduling and staffing coordination Electronic health/care documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN or RN) preferred Dementia care or memory care certification (e.g., CDP) preferred CPR/First Aid certification Training in behavior management and de-escalation Supervisory or leadership training in healthcare settings
