APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Watertown, MA | 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days RemoteWe're seeking an experienced EHS Consultant in Watertown, MA. This role will work closely with EHS leadership to drive safety program improvements, compliance initiatives, policy development, and training efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and workplace safety initiatives
- Conduct gap assessment follow-up and assist with corrective actions
- Develop and align HSE policies, procedures, and documentation
- Provide guidance on Massachusetts safety and environmental regulations
- Review client safety programs, policies, and compliance documentation
- Support policy rollouts, employee training, and EHS communications
- Prepare technical reports and written documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of EHS/HSE experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs
- Experience with policy development, compliance, and training
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
Work Schedule:
Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite in Watertown, MA and 3 days per week working remotely.
