Shelter Operations & Resident Support Advocate

Chief Seattle Club is seeking an Eagle Village Advocate to help ensure smooth shelter operations, staff coverage, and resident life-skills enhancement. You will support residents to gain stability for permanent housing and coordinate safety and program activities under guidance from the Community Services Director. The role requires strong crisis intervention skills, experience with Indigenous communities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
