Personal Injury Case Manager

We\'ve partnered with a growing California Plaintiff-side Personal Injury and Elder Abuse Law Firm that is actively hiring an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join its Pre-Litigation Department in Century City, CA. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced PI Case Manager who can take ownership of a caseload with minimal training, communicate confidently with clients, coordinate treatment and documentation, and consistently move matters toward settlement. The firm is looking for someone who understands the California plaintiff PI process and can step in and contribute immediately. What They\'re Looking For 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury case management experience. Strong hands-on pre-litigation experience. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a PI caseload from intake through settlement. Strong understanding of California personal injury claims and workflows. Experience with medical treatment coordination, records/bills, insurance claims and settlement preparation. Excellent client communication and customer-service skills. Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal training. Comfortable operating in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Fluent in English & Spanish mandatory. Ability to work fully onsite in Century City, CA. Preferred Litify or Salesforce experience. Filevine, CasePeer, SmartAdvocate or comparable PI case-management systems. Serious injury experience. Experience with MedPay, UM/UIM, Government Claims and lien resolution. Experience with auto accidents, premises liability, dog bites, wrongful death or other plaintiff PI matters.
