Construction Laborer

Location: Cornelius, NCReady to kick-start your career in construction? We're on the lookout for construction laborers to join our team. If your interest includes luxury residential construction. Candidates must be self-motivated with a desire to collaborate and learn from some of the best builders in the business. This is a hands-on position with different tasks daily. Travel is a must. You must have dependable transportation and be able to navigate from one project to another.

Responsibilities: Assist crews with setup, cleanup, loading, unloading, and material handling. Prepare and protect work areas before installation begins. Move tools, hoses, supplies, and equipment safely around the jobsite. Support installers during spray foam insulation projects. Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe. Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Keep positive, be part of the team, and give your best every day.

Skills Required: Previous construction or general labor experience preferred. Ability to safely perform physical job duties in attics, crawlspaces, warm environments, and active construction settings. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to pass an employer-paid respirator fit test as part of onboarding. Dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around construction tools, equipment, scaffolding, and jobsite materials is a plus.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour based on experience
