What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a high-performing team with 5-7 sales reports
- Strengthening the company's relationships with key customers, building long-term partnerships
- Developing and executing business development strategies, growing profitability, & leading vertical-market expansion
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of packaging sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging
- Strong strategic selling, negotiation, & relationship management skills
- A proven track record of leading and developing sales teams
