VP Legal: AI Governance, Privacy & Cybersecurity

InnovAge is seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Privacy Officer to provide company-wide legal counsel on AI governance, data privacy, HIPAA compliance, and cybersecurity risk management. The AGC will serve as Chief Privacy Officer, interface with the executive leadership team on privacy matters, supervise the contract management system, review IT and vendor agreements, and collaborate with IT, Compliance, Procurement and other business areas.
