Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist (PT) plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive physical therapy services. This includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment that aligns with professional standards and ethical practices.

- Vienna Springs Health Campus, US-OH-DaytonKey Responsibilities
- Maintain a valid and current state PT licensure or certification.
- Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Perform detailed assessments to determine patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
- Design and execute individualized treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients' physical capabilities.
- Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
