Boutique Front Desk Lead & Guest Services Supervisor

Hotel Equities seeks a Guest Service & Operations Supervisor for our Palm Springs boutique hotel. You will lead the front desk, manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest requests, while ensuring payments are processed accurately and guest satisfaction stays high. You will oversee night audit, coordinate with housekeeping and F&B when needed, support events, and train the front desk team to uphold brand standards and a calm, hands-on service approach.
