Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Call Center
Job Type: Short-Term Contract / Temporary (23 Weeks)

$16.00 - $16.50 Per HourWe are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Representatives for a 2- to 3-week temporary project. This role involves high-volume production tasks where performance and quality output will be monitored closely. Both returning team members and new candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Hours Workweek Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:00 PM 10:00 PM CTWeekend Schedule: Select Saturdays, 11:00 AM 4:30 PM CTProject Duration: 23 weeks
Key Responsibilities:- Handle assigned production tasks efficiently and accurately within designated shift hours.
- Maintain high productivity standards under regular performance monitoring.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
- Own equipment (laptop; no MacBook or Chromebook)
- Quiet workplace
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality across evening and Saturday shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Experience:
Prior experience in high-volume remote operations, call center, or production environment preferred. Candidates with previous experience on this project/team are highly preferred, subject to eligibility verification.
Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills and ability to meet strict production targets.
Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated quiet workspace, and a working computer setup for remote work.
