Shift: 1st Shift

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Able to read, write, count, follow instructions and use a weighing scale. Follow detailed written instructions to operate equipment. Sustained physical effort handling light and/or average weights (up to and including 50 pounds) and where a majority of body members are regularly employed. Transfer of parts between tumblers, machines, and storage locations. Make minor adjustments to the machine when necessary. Diagnoses problems and assists maintenance personnel as needed. Completes necessary paperwork to record production and quality performance daily. Ensure standard quality checks are performed properly and regularly. Perform training as instructed by supervisor, including training other operators. Always keeps work cell neat and clean. Maintains lean work environment and strives to eliminate waste in the workstation. Ensures that there are no safety hazards on the floor in the working area. Proactively identifies potential safety issues. Continuous mental or visual attention operates several machines. Work overtime as required. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED. Ability to use tools. Exceptional Teamwork required.
