SOX & Internal Controls Director (Path to IA Head)

Brivo, Inc. is seeking a Director of Internal Controls to build the SOX 404 readiness program and later lead the Internal Audit function. The role reports to the CFO and will eventually become the Head of Internal Audit under an audit-committee charter. You will own control design, ITGC planning with NetSuite, and coordination with external auditors to ensure readiness for listing. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity in a growth-focused environment.
