Enterprise Management- Strong Banking domain knowledge, particularly in Risk and Compliance, with experience translating business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements.- Strong Business Analysis and requirement management experience.- Strong understanding of banking / financial-services business processes.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and UAT artifacts.- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.- Strong documentation, presentation, and technical-writing skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Visio is desirable.
Good to Have:
Experience working within a large global financial institution.- Exposure to enterprise governance, risk management, controls, regulatory, compliance, or transformation initiatives.- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools.- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or equivalent Agile tools.- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.-
