Work Environment: In this position, you will work from our comfortable and confidential outpatient office, primarily utilizing teletherapy to connect with clients who prefer or require virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to facilitate personal growth, manage trauma, and treat conditions such as anxiety and depression. Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress throughout treatment to ensure effective outcomes. Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or who have difficulty accessing in-person care, ensuring all clients receive the support they require. Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, thereby honing your clinical skills and staying updated on best practices in therapy. Patient Population / Client FocusOur clientele ranges from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to those who have experienced trauma and require assistance in overcoming their challenges. As a member of our clinical team, you will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to their unique experiences and needs. Your role will significantly contribute to their therapeutic journey, fostering their emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications: A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges. Strong organizational and time management skills, facilitating effective caseload management and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience: Experience working with a diverse clientele and familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities. Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, as this modality may be regularly employed. Proficiency in maintaining electronic health records and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
