About the Role:
Colonial Title Group Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Processor/Closer to join our team in Dandridge, TN! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth and accurate closings for our clients. Responsibilities: Process and manage real estate title orders from opening to closing
Prepare and review closing documents, HUD-1/ALTA settlement statements, and title commitments
Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders
Conduct title searches and examine title reports to identify and resolve issues
Ensure all closing conditions and lender requirements are met prior to settlement
Disburse funds and record documents accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain organized and compliant closing files in accordance with state and company guidelines
Requirements: Prior experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate closings preferred
Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate transactions
Familiarity with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosure documents
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders
Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
