Lutron has an immediate need for a 3D & Environments Team Leader to join the Communications team at our New York City office location. This pivotal operational role will manage the execution of trade show experiences, oversee rendering initiatives, and pioneer experimental VR and AR projects. As the operational leader of our 3D functional team, you will orchestrate complex projects across many workstreams: creative development, modeling, rendering, and physical construction/fabrication. - Partner with 3D Lead to translate creative concepts into buildable, high-impact physical environment
- Manage relationships with third-party integrators and construction vendors

- Manage the operations of the 3D functional team: 3D lead, architectural rendering expert, and product rendering expert
- Manage the team capabilities and foster unity within the New York creative team, COPA team and remote resourcesVR/AR Innovation & Experimental Projects
- Manage prototypes and proof-of-concept experiences with 3D team
- Build processes and workflows for integrating VR/AR into marketing initiatives
