Full-Time Clinical Laboratory Technicians (2 Openings)

We are urgently seeking two experienced Laboratory Technicians to join a high-complexity laboratory in Maryland, USA. If you have hands-on experience in molecular diagnostics or general core lab operations and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you! Role 1: PCR / Molecular Technician Perform PCR-Based Testing: Handle sample preparation, reagent management, assay setup, and operate advanced molecular laboratory equipment. Maintain High Standards: Run critical panels including UTM, Covid/Flu A&B, RSV, and CT/NG/TV.Collaborate & Troubleshoot: Monitor equipment performance, assist with basic troubleshooting, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to process clinical samples efficiently. Role 2: Core Lab Technician (Hematology, Chemistry & Immunology) Analyzer Operations: Process clinical specimens, perform routine calibration, and operate automated chemistry and hematology analyzers. Assay Management: Execute complex immunology assays and ensure seamless workflow execution across core lab benches. Quality & Performance: Monitor instrument precision, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in technical troubleshooting.
