HR & Payroll Lead for Live Events

AEG Presents is seeking an HR & Payroll Lead to serve as a primary support contact for festivals, venues, and touring management teams across the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee management. The role provides guidance to Payroll Coordinators and Specialists, ensures payroll systems alignment, and drives process improvements while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
