You’ll be our regular contact at each property. You’ll keep our materials visible, gather service requests from RV owners and organize on-site RV Day events. You’ll work independently in the field, and this is not a technician position.
Your WeekTwo days: Oversee setup at a scheduled RV Day. Introduce our event team to the campground staff, confirm the setup location and property rules, then continue your facility visits.
One day: Visit our Port Richey office to review upcoming events, priorities and service requests, and pick up materials. Make outreach stops on your way there and back.
Remaining days: Work your territory. Visit facilities, restock materials, gather service requests and book future RV Days.
Expect about 75 campground visits a month, up to 45 minutes each, plus visits to RV storage facilities. Your day starts and ends at home.
What You’ll Do:- Build ongoing relationships with owners, managers, activity directors and front-office staff
- Explain our mobile RV repair, maintenance and inspection services
- Learn each property’s rules for outside vendors, referrals, materials and events, and keep approved materials stocked
Collect RV owners’ contact information, RV details and descriptions of their issues, and pass them promptly to headquarters. Don’t commit to pricing, timing or technician availability.
Secure, schedule and prepare RV Days, covering location, access, parking, promotion, advance requests, parts and supplies
Follow up after each event on feedback, open requests and future dates
Keep accurate records of contacts, visits, materials and follow-ups
Keep the company vehicle clean and report any issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:- You’re comfortable walking into a campground office and building a relationship over time
- You’re friendly, professional, dependable and self-directed
- You have strong follow-through, time management and attention to detail
- You’re comfortable with a smartphone, email and basic contact-management software
- You have a valid driver’s license, meet our insurance requirements and are comfortable driving daily and working outdoors
Experience in field marketing, outside sales, hospitality, outreach, customer service or event coordination is a plus. RV knowledge is helpful, and repair experience is not required.
How Success Is Measured
We’ll look at consistent coverage of about 75 campgrounds a month, strong facility relationships and well-stocked materials. We’ll also look at accurate, timely service requests, RV Days secured and handed off smoothly, and the sales those events generate.\nCompany DescriptionDo not call the main line, do not show up at the office.
