Paid Media Ads Client Growth Manager: Wavy StudiosAbout Wavy StudiosWavyStudios is a performance marketing and creative agency that partners with high-growth DTC brands, fitness/wellness companies, and consumer businesses across verticals. Our clients include athlete-led brands, luxury fashion labels, SaaS apps, lead-gen and healthcare companies. We sit at the intersection of paid media, creative strategy, and growth operations, working directly with founders who have built and exited businesses, former platform leads, and category-defining brands. This is not a holding company. This is a small, senior team where your work is visible, your impact is measurable, and your growth trajectory is in your hands.
The Role:
We are hiring a Client Growth Manager to work alongside our Head of Paid Media across a portfolio of 15+ accounts spanning Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will be responsible for the daily health, execution, and management of client paid media ad accounts while also serving as a reliable point of operational support across campaign launches, reporting, creative briefing, and client communication. You own execution and consistency. Experience running DTC/Ecom Paid Media Accounts is huge.
What You Will Do:- Manage day-to-day campaign execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for a growing set of accounts
- Monitor performance daily, flag anomalies, adjust budgets and bids, pause underperformers, and scale what is working
- Build and launch campaigns from scratch based on strategic direction: audience setup, ad set structure, creative uploads, UTM tagging, naming conventions
- Pull and organize weekly performance data for client reporting and internal review
- Support creative strategy by understanding what converts at each stage of the funnel and contributing to creative briefs with a point of view on angles, hooks, and formats
- Coordinate with the broader team on campaign timelines, asset delivery, and launch readiness for drops, sales, and seasonal pushes
- Maintain clean, organized account structures and documentation so nothing is ambiguous
- Communicate clearly and proactively, internally and with clients when needed
- Who You Are1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and/or Google, with demonstrable results
- You have managed at least $50K/month in ad spend and understand how to read performance data, not just export itYou are operationally excellent: reliable, detail-oriented, process-driven, and responsive
You have a creative eye. You may not be designing ads, but you understand why certain creative works at certain stages and can articulate itYou are comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to increase your speed and output, but you know when the work requires your own judgment and you do not use AI as a crutch
You communicate clearly in writing. No ambiguity, no loose ends
You are coachable. You want to learn from someone who has built and scaled paid programs across dozens of brands, and you are willing to earn strategic responsibility over time
This role is not for you if:
You want to run strategy from day one. Strategy is earned here, not assumed
You struggle with consistency or follow-through on recurring tasks
You need to be told what to check or when to flag something
You are looking for a slow-paced environment with one account
What You GetDirect mentorship from a Head of Paid Media managing millions in annual ad spend across 15+ brands
Exposure to a diverse client portfolio spanning fitness, fashion, tech, healthcare, and consumer products
A front-row seat to how high-growth brands are built from the media side
A team that operates with founder-level intensity and treats your development as a priority
Room to grow into a strategist as you prove your execution
Location:
Remote. To Apply: Send your resume along with a brief note (under 200 words) on the best-performing campaign you have managed and what made it work. We do not need a cover letter. We need proof you can think about performance with specificity.
