Machine Operator

Duties and Responsibilities: Operate manufacturing machines to produce roofing ventilation products and related components. Load materials into machines and remove finished products as needed. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Monitor equipment during operation and report machine issues or production problems to the supervisor. Perform basic equipment adjustments, cleaning, and routine maintenance as needed. Record production totals, downtime, and other required information. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Assist in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 3 months of manufacturing experience preferred or required, depending on the specific opening. Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as required by the position. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
