Completed 3 years of coursework or have a junior standing. Minimum GPA of 2.5.Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations. Effective Skills To Help You Flourish: Strong spoken and written communications skills. Completion of Thermodynamics, Hydraulics, Heat Transfer and Mass and Energy balance coursework is preferred. Excellent organization and time management skills. Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes. Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Effective working individually and within team environments.
