The Sales Associate builds strong customer relationships, processes loan transactions, and works toward established sales and customer-service goals.
Responsibilities:- Process loan applications and transactions
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Handle and balance cash accurately
- Perform general office duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Qualifications:- Banking, sales, consumer finance, or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Regular and dependable attendance
- Basic math skills for handling cash and financial transactions
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, consistent with applicable law
