Family Law Attorney

We are working with a well-established boutique Family Law Firm in Dallas, Texas, looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their growing practice. Specifically, they're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience handling family law matters.

Handle cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, property division, and other family law disputes Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable settlements Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process

Active license to practice law in Texas 5+ years of family law experience Strong litigation experience, including courtroom appearances and contested hearings Ability to independently manage a caseload Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills The annual salary for this position is between $130K-$190K. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
