Staff Engineer

Day-to-Day: Perform structural engineering design and analysis under supervisionDesign basic structural projects and structural componentsAssist in analyzing new and existing structures using various materialsSupport project teams in developing solutions for client challenges within project budgets and schedulesAssist in preparing reports, schedules, estimates, and RFI responsesAttend meetings with clients, architects, contractors, agencies, and project stakeholdersLearn project execution and technical engineering skills through mentorship and close reviewMust-Haves: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural/Structural EngineeringEIT certificationStructural engineering educational backgroundStrong structural fundamentals and ability to conceptualize structural systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and 3D visualization skillsStrong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teamsUnderstanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
