The ideal candidate has 5 years fixed and variable operations experience and 2 years GSM experience. You will lead staff, drive profitability, market share and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the owner. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $300,000 per year, with commission potential, plus benefits including dental and health insurance, PTO and employee discount.
