Bilingual Production LeadNow hiring for a Bilingual Production Lead in Jessup, MD. Lead must speak English & French or Spanish & French Monday to Saturday || All shifts
Responsibilities:- The ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills, set expectations, measure and observe performance and provide feedback
- Supervises a staff of temporary workers
- Ensures that all tasks are performed in accordance with the operating procedures and ensures all GMP's are being followed
- Walks the production area and observes workers performance to ensure good and safe work habits and coaches workers as needed
- Solid knowledge of best practices and safety
- Able to work well with production workers, supervisors and operations manager
- Participates in evening and morning production meetings
- Must be bilingual in English/French or Spanish/FrenchMUST have Production lead experience
- Strong written and verbal skills for internal and external communications
- Must be a people person and like working with people
- Work OT as needed mainly in peak seasonnowhiring Apply Today!
