Our litigation practice handles a wide variety of cases, including commercial litigation, estate litigation, personal injury, family law, collections, landlord-tenant matters, and general civil litigation. Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation
- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents
- Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines
- Coordinate court filings and service of process
- Organize and summarize medical, financial, and business records
- Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
- Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Maintain accurate case management records and calendars
Qualifications:- Prior litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
